Tender & Fierce is a half-day mini retreat in downtown Toronto designed for busy women living layered lives.

Jenny and Jocelyn have joined forces to create a beautiful retreat experience that will teach you embodied tools to help you navigate the ups and downs of daily life, through harnessing the power of tender and fierce compassion.

Through our time together in a beautiful private studio space, you’ll be guided through:

  • powerful guided self-compassion practices and teachings

  • personal journaling to apply the learning to your real life

  • group coaching / meaningful facilitated conversation

  • accessible yoga flow with mindset work woven in to embody the learning

  • soothing sounds to bathe in, and mantra music to harness intentions with a clear mind and open heart

This is an opportunity to:

  • block off time for yourself, slow down, go inward and be guided into deep self-care for body, mind & soul

  • move and reflect compassionately

  • learn helpful mindset tools & self-compassion resources that you can take into your life

  • be seen, connect with and learn from like-hearted women

  • activate an inner sense of empowerment for any area of your life that could use a boost of motivation

This is protected time for YOU - to be cared for, supported, uplifted, and gently guided into your body, heart and deep connection with your authentic self.

You’ll learn real tools and practices to help you feel stronger, grounded, less reactive, and motivated to take a stand for what matters to you.

What to Bring:

Just YOU! We have carefully chosen a beautiful space that has all you need to be comfortable throughout the retreat, including yoga mats, cushions and blankets.

Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in. You may also bring slippers or cozy socks to wear in the studio as shoes must be left at the entrance upon arrival.

You will be gifted with a journal to use at the retreat and take home for ongoing reflective practice.

Important info:

No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary. The yoga flow is accessible to all levels, even beginners, and is always modified for your level of comfort and ability.

We will have nourishing light snacks and tea available throughout the retreat.

Early bird price: $197 + hst - available until April 8th 2026

Full price: $222 + hst

Payment is required in full to reserve your spot.

Refund Policy:

There are no refunds, but you may transfer your spot to another eligible participant (18+) if you’re unable to attend. If the retreat is cancelled by the hosts, a full refund will be provided.
